User was previously banned on the Surf server for mic spam. After his ban was lifted, he returned to the server and was doing fine for quite a while. Eventually, the server degraded into a majority of the users mic spamming, so a short /mute @all was initiated to stop it. In chat, the user in question kept instigating the mute, saying I was abusing and I had no right to mute the server, even though I gave multiple written warnings that the mic spam was breaking the rules. After the user was warned multiple times to drop the issue, he was permanently banned from the server. |
